Looking down the hill the famous Liver Building and Overhead Railway form the backdrop to a busy scene at the start of the rush hour.
Trevor Owens, a native of Liverpool has worked in banking both in Liverpool and London where he was engaged in publication and editorial work.
Since retiring he has devoted his time to painting mainly nautical and railway subjects
